Not Worth It, Unfortunately
In potential, C.O.P.: The Recruit could have been one of the best DS games. It features fantastic graphics and, like in Chinatown Wars, it's an open world where you can do side quests and freely roam and drive.
The controls, not only when driving around, but also when walking or shooting, are simply bad. It's almost impossible to press certain buttons simultaneously, and using the stylus is mediocre at best.
Perhaps the worst thing that could have happened to this game is that the story just couldn't capture my interest or attention. Little is revealed about the characters' backgrounds, making it difficult to stay engaged.
